Prime Aviation is focused on taking all possible precautions to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and employees. We do not hesitate to do whatever is necessary to protect against COVID-19 by providing safe and reliable services.
On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization officially classified the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) as a pandemic.
Our entire aircraft fleet in addition to our offices and facilities located in some cities in Kazakhstan, is regularly treated with highly effective antiviral agents recommended by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and WHO. Our treatments have been proven to reduce microbes on surfaces by 99.9 percent while creating a barrier that minimizes cross-contamination long after application. This creates a continuous barrier to the spread of pathogens.
Cockpits and aircraft cabins are thoroughly washed and cleaned, and all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected after each flight.
During flight the air in the entire aircraft cabin is constantly replaced with fresh air by the pressurization / air conditioning system.
Pressurized this air entering the cabin aircraft is cooled, conditioned and distributed throughout the cabin. This results in continuous replacement of the cabin air with fresh air.
Flight personnel received trainings to minimize the infection or spread of infection and all employees undergo temperature checks before and after the flight. If any of the colleagues or passengers show symptoms of infection during the flight, those in contact with them are sent for testing and quarantine. Flight attendants wear surgical masks and disposable gloves.
All Prime Aviation employees, in any of our offices, have their body temperature measured upon arrival at work, and are provided with all the necessary personal protective equipment. Employees returning to work after being on vacation or a business trip as well as having recovered from any illness, must provide a medical certificate and the result of a PCR test for coronavirus.
Our employees, many of whom are currently working remotely, use an internal communication platform and are timely informed on the COVID-19 situation and health and safety requirements.
